Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT services with production operations experience.
• Proven experience using enterprise AI capabilities in production settings.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations and ensure security and auditability.
• Experience with large-scale applications/infrastructure on premises and in the cloud.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change, and event management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Production Management tools supporting end-to-end delivery.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI capabilities to improve incident triage and actions.
• Develop strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement for tools.
• Represent requirements to enterprise tool/product owners and influence direction.
• Enforce policies for stability, availability, and service operations.
• Monitor environments, address anomalies, and communicate resolutions.
• Oversee evaluation and integration of tooling for observability and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI capabilities to improve efficiency and stability.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for resiliency and security alignment.
• Define, measure, and report KPIs for tooling adoption and outcomes.
• Drive ongoing process/tooling improvements, governance, and training.
