Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in production operations with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Experience in large-scale on-premises and cloud environments with ITIL-aligned processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Production Management tools supporting end-to-end service delivery.
• Lead adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve incident triage and action prioritization.
• Develop and execute strategy, governance, and adoption plans for Production Management tools.
• Represent PM requirements to enterprise tool owners, influencing product direction and adoption.
• Execute policies to ensure operational stability and lead incident, problem, and change management.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Oversee evaluation, integration, and governance of PM tools including observability, incident, and change management.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI capabilities to improve operational insight and efficiency.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices across incident/problem/change routines.
