Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an AI Engineering Lead/VP to join the Asset and Wealth Management AI Engineering team. You will lead hands-on development of high-impact AI solutions, combining rich data and cutting-edge ML/LLM models, and deploying them to production on cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with global AI, business and product partners to design scalable data pipelines, implement lighthouse ML/LLM projects, and ensure security and reliability across deployments.

Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or ML and 7+ years of development experience with at least 4 years in AI solutions.
• Experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to solve business problems including full workflow toolset.
• Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of data structures, algorithms, ML, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
• Ability to design independent end-to-end solutions with modern architecture, scalability and security.
• Knowledge of data management and real-time data processing on SQL and NoSQL stores.
• Proven leadership and ability to communicate with senior technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams and business partners to drive alignment and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Hands-on architecture and implementation of lighthouse ML/LLM-powered solutions.
• Design and deploy scalable data processing pipelines and model inference services.
• Experiment, develop, and productionize high-quality ML models and platforms.
• Deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure.
