Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in product management or related technical role across full lifecycle.
• 4+ years in a company with strong PM culture.
• Familiarity with AI model architectures including LLMs and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives the AI product strategy for a large area of the bank operations.
• Collaborate with executive leaders across teams to deliver results.
• Lead teams of product managers and guide their work and development.
• Write and own roadmaps and PRDs for ambitious top projects.
• Stay up to date with AI innovations to ensure adoption of the latest technology.
