Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior product leader to guide AI-enabled product development across a global portfolio. You will work with business-unit teams, apply modern product practices and foster scalable, AI-driven workflows.

This is a remote role with roughly 35% travel, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Transformation. You will advance the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle, coach leaders, and shape enterprise-wide product strategy and governance while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio, from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI, or both.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities with senior leaders and connect product decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn best practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
