Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Product Leader to drive AI-enabled product development across our global portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, pilot Agentic PDLC, and scale new workflows.

This is a senior individual-contributor role embedded with business-unit teams, with travel to collaborate directly with stakeholders. The role emphasizes strategic influence, hands-on execution, and building reusable tools and governance for enterprise

Qualifications

8+ years in product management/leadership in B2B software or SaaS.
Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product or portfolio.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to customer and business outcomes.
Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps and measurement.
Recent hands-on AI-enabled or agentic product development experience.

Responsibilities

Identify high-impact opportunities with senior leaders and connect product decisions to outcomes.
Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into change.
Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
Turn best practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide broader rollout.
