Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Product Management or Product Leadership in B2B software, SaaS, or tech.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior product, engineering and design leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and connect decisions to outcomes.
- Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
- Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
- Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insights into practical change.
- Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
- Turn proven practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
- Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide broader rollout.
