Job summary

Bazaarvoice is seeking an experienced Director of Product Operations to lead and scale our core Product Operations discipline in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.

You will build, govern, and optimize the operating model enabling product teams to deliver impact, leveraging AI to remove friction and elevate quality. You will lead a team of four Product Program Managers and the Product Knowledge group, ensuring effective governance and communications across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Operations, TPM, or PM in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
• Strong leadership of PMs and documentation teams.
• Experience applying AI to optimize workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Product Ops; govern PDLC lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor four PMs and Product Knowledge team.
• Collaborate across Product, Eng, Sales, and CS.
• Drive VoC feedback into prioritization and roadmaps.
