Job summary

Bazaarvoice seeks an experienced Director of Product Operations in the United States to lead and scale our Product Operations discipline. You will drive the operating model for product teams, improve launch readiness, and foster data-informed decision making across engineering, design, and product management.

You will mentor a team of four Program Managers and the Product Knowledge team, defining KPIs, career paths, and governance while leveraging AI to streamline workflows and elevate quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of leading, developing, and scaling high-performing program managers and technical communications or documentation functions.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency with key product platforms, analytics, and AI tools (Notion, Pendo, Claude Cowork, Jira, Confluence, Gong).

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate frictionless Product Launch & Readiness processes.
• Oversee strategy and execution of the Product Knowledge team and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and communications.
• Ensure front-line teams have access to product knowledge, release notes, and operational training.
• Establish closed-loop feedback systems to feed VoC into Product Management prioritization.
• Standardize end-to-end product delivery lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Maintain cross-team visibility of roadmaps and status across PM, Engineering, Design, and leadership.
• Own and optimize the Product tech stack to drive data-informed decisions and efficiency.
• Champion AI-driven process optimization to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
