Formación

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery: a record of taking software from concept to launch, learning and adoption.
• Technical breadth: full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data and cloud.
• Applied AI experience: building products with LLMs, retrieval, tools, or similar patterns.
• Evaluation experience: automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response and recovery.
• User-centered practice: working with users, designers and product leaders to improve decisions.
• Engineering craft: clear specs, maintainable code and sound trade-offs.
• This role requires up to 50% travel and hybrid office capability.

Responsabilidades

• Start with the user and work with domain experts to identify workflows and AI value.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data and AI behavior.
• Shape AI behavior through instructions, context, retrieval and tool use.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Connect outcomes to behavior by instrumenting user journeys and metrics.
• Engineer for responsible use with data handling, permissions and graceful degradation.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally and monitoring live behavior.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and maintain accountability for performance.
