Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team of designers responsible for AI-enabled, user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization products. You will drive AI-led design strategy and mentor designers, partnering with product and engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality design outcomes.

The role reports to the VP of Product and focuses on building scalable design practices, improving workflows, and aligning

Qualifications

9+ years of progressive experience in product design in enterprise, platform, SaaS, digital experiences.
1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
Experience owning end-to-end product design for complex technical portfolios from discovery to launch.
Experience leading and developing high-performing design teams and performance management.
Strong knowledge of AI-enabled design workflows, prototyping, and design systems governance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of designers from discovery to launch for AI-enabled experiences across platforms.
Champion AI-led design methodologies and rapid prototyping to accelerate the design lifecycle.
Define and track customer experience metrics to monitor portfolio health.
Partner with product, engineering, data, and customer success to incorporate insights into strategy.
Mentor designers and ensure design deliverables align to product strategy.
