Job summary

McKesson, a leading healthcare company, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead AI-enabled design across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization products. You will own end-to-end design initiatives, mentor designers, and champion AI-driven practices to accelerate delivery and improve customer experiences.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align design artifacts with strategy and business outcomes, driving a mature AI-led design ecosystem

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS, or digital experiences.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design for complex product portfolios from discovery to launch.
• Expert cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled design workflows and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers for AI-enabled experiences across platforms from discovery to launch.
• Champion AI-led design methodologies, tools, and workflow automation.
• Define customer experience metrics and align design to product strategy and business outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design deliverables tie to strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
