Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead an AI-enabled design team across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization products. You will drive AI-driven design strategies, build scalable design systems, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership to expedite delivery and impact.

You will mentor designers, align design work with business outcomes, and advance a mature AI-led design ecosystem across cross-portfolio products.

Qualifications

9+ years of progressive product design experience, especially in enterprise or platform contexts.
1+ year of management or supervisory experience leading design teams.
Proven track record owning end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.
Experience building and scaling design systems and governance.
Strong ability to translate customer insights into design strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of designers to deliver AI-enabled product experiences across platforms, from discovery to launch.
Champion AI-led design methodologies, rapid prototyping, and workflow automation.
Define metrics for customer experience and product health; monitor adoption and usability.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer success to align strategy with outcomes.
Mentor designers and ensure design artifacts align with strategy and business goals.
Own long-term AI-assisted design system vision and cross-portfolio consistency.
Socialize best practices for reusable components, frameworks, and design recommendations.
Drive design innovation and accelerate speed to market through AI workflows.
Lead cross-functional workshops and executive reviews to drive alignment and decisions.
