Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead a team delivering AI-enabled, user-centric designs across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization products. You will partner with Product and Engineering to accelerate design delivery and align artifacts with strategy.

You will mentor designers, refine scalable design practices, and drive AI workflows that improve speed and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and user trust.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS or digital experiences.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design for complex portfolios from discovery to launch.
• Proven ability to mentor, develop, and manage design teams and drive performance.
• Experience establishing scalable design frameworks and design systems governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of designers to deliver AI-enabled product experiences across platforms from discovery to launch.
• Define and govern AI-led design systems and reusable components for consistency and speed.
• Drive design innovation with AI tools and automation to improve productivity and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into strategy and execution.
