Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead a team delivering AI-enabled experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization tools. You will drive design strategy, foster AI-powered methods, and partner withProduct and Engineering to accelerate delivery.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will mentor designers, standardize design practices, and champion customer-centered design across a multi-portfolio product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS or digital experiences.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design for complex technical portfolios from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms from discovery to launch.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to grow AI proficiency and design craft.
• Define scalable design systems and governance to ensure speed and quality.
