McKesson Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team delivering AI-enabled, user-centric design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization products. This role blends people leadership, design strategy, and AI innovation to optimize workflows and improve customer outcomes.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will scale AI-driven design practices, partner with Product and Engineering, and drive speed to market while ensuring design

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of product design experience in enterprise, platform or SaaS.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience leading design teams.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end product design for complex portfolios.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving outcomes.
• Expert level proficiency in Figma and design systems governance.
• Deep expertise in AI-driven design concepts and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled product design for platforms from discovery to launch.
• Mentor designers and advance the design craft and AI proficiency.
• Define and communicate a long-term AI design system vision.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data and customer success.
• Drive portfolio health metrics and alignment to business goals.
