Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team delivering AI-enabled experiences for Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization. You will partner with product and engineering leaders to align design strategy with business goals and scale AI workflows across platforms.

You will mentor designers, drive design systems and governance, and own end-to-end design initiatives from discovery through launch while ensuring regulatory and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; typically 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end product design for complex portfolios from discovery to launch.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers responsible for AI-enabled experiences across multiple platforms.
• Champion AI-led design methodologies, tools, prototyping, and workflow automation.
• Define and track UX metrics to support portfolio health and outcomes.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and customer success to drive strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and align design deliverables with product strategy.
