Job summary

Managed.com is a remote-first, AI-driven company behind HostPapa and related brands. We seek a Procurement and Insurance Manager to own day-to-day procurement and insurance across a remote multi-brand group, lead negotiations, and ensure risk-managed contracts.

You will manage insurance renewals, review commercial terms, and report cost and coverage risks to Finance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones. Strong procurement and insurance experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Direct experience negotiating commercial agreements with vendors, with outcomes you can explain
• Hands-on procurement experience running renewals, tracking notices and auto-renewals
• Commercial insurance renewal experience preferred; strong procurement background considered

Responsibilities

• Own renewal calendar for vendor agreements and insurance policies with timely decisions
• Lead vendor renewals and negotiations using usage, spend, and contract data
• Review forms and agreements for commercial and risk terms and escalate when needed
• Manage insurance renewals, broker relations, certificates and endorsements
• Ensure insurance obligations in contracts are supported by coverage and assist with related reviews
• Maintain procurement and insurance records and report on renewals, savings, costs, and coverage risks
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounting on controls, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting
• Improve processes using AI tools to organize information, prepare drafts, filter material, and compare options
• Support other tasks or projects to meet team needs
