Responsibilities

End-to-End Procurement Management: manage requisition to purchase order creation and supplier delivery.
Supplier Relationship Management: maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization: identify suppliers, negotiate terms, drive cost savings.
Contract Management: assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
Purchase Order & Documentation Management: ensure accurate PO creation and records.
Compliance & Risk Management: ensure policies, ethics, and laws are followed.
Vendor Onboarding & Evaluation: facilitate onboarding and due diligence.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with finance, operations, legal.
Reporting & Analytics: prepare spend reports and metrics.
Process Improvement: identify and implement procurement automation.
