Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Principal Solution Engineer to solve customers’ most complex problems and close large deals. You will work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize on winning sales cycles, deliver compelling value-based demonstrations, and support enterprise PoCs.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment, bridging business and technical contexts while interfacing with executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of industry experience with 5+ years in pre-sales environments.
• Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years building and deploying ML and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Broad experience with large-scale DB/Data Warehouse tech, ETL, analytics and cloud tech.
• Hands-on with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Demonstrate and communicate value to prospects through the sales cycle (demo to PoC to design).
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.
• Support enterprise Proofs of Concepts and close large deals.
