Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on corporate professionals to bridge technology with domain workflows. You will work with Account Executives to run evaluations, tailor demos, and uncover use cases that drive new revenue.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, translate feedback to product teams, and help shape future capabilities. A dynamic, high-growth fintech/SaaS environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work in a high-growth fintech/SaaS firm in sales, client success, product, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Curiosity about Generative AI and its corporate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to drive commercial outcomes through product evaluations.
• Build and curate corporate use cases from clients' research workflows.
• Forge and maintain strong client relationships across levels.
• Translate client feedback into product and content improvements.
