AlphaSense is seeking a Customer Success Associate to ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI-powered platform. You’ll guide new users through onboarding, run training sessions, and surface early signs of low usage.

You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Executives, and product teams to improve the client journey, focusing on adoption, engagement, and retention across industries. This role suits a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume outreach or user support.
• Ability to distill complex issues into simple terms.
• Strong rapport-building and clear communication.
• Comfort with a diverse range of user types and workflows.
• Located in Eastern or Central Time zones preferred.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding and Adoption: Schedule and run 1:1 onboarding sessions for new users to integrate AlphaSense into their workflow.
• Warm Outreach and Email Engagement: Reach out to low activity users and convert into live sessions to drive adoption.
• Client Engagement: Support sessions across industries, join trainings, and assist with onboarding and follow-ups.
• Customer Health: Help keep accounts healthy with tailored training and ongoing product guidance to reduce risk and improve retention.
• Growth Initiatives: Support sales by running product overview sessions for trials and highlighting platform value.
• Market Insight Support: Identify themes and trends during client interactions and share insights with teams.
• Product Feedback: Capture user feedback and flag opportunities for improvement.
