U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Portfolio Risk and Strategy Analyst to partner with Line of Business and RCA teams. You will lead testing across Lending Services and translate results into actionable strategies while monitoring performance and risks.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Finance, Operations, Risk and Technology to support forecast, reporting and strategic improvements; proficiency in SQL/Python and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Champion/Challenger strategy testing within Lending Services or related areas.
• Strong portfolio and program analytics experience, enabling performance, risk and improvement insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Champion/Challenger testing across Lending Services lines (Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial, Collections, Recovery, Repossession, Loss Mitigation).
• Translate test results and insights into actionable strategy enhancements and implementation recommendations.
• Analyze and monitor portfolio and program performance; identify trends, drivers and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance and business lines to support goal setting, forecasting and reporting.
• Apply AI capabilities to analytics, testing and reporting to improve efficiency and decision-making.
