Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support the Client Protection AI and modeling portfolio. You will coordinate governance, develop dashboards, and prepare leadership-ready materials to track initiative status and delivery progress.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, rigorous reporting, and proactive risk-identification within a large enterprise. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of analytics or portfolio management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 2+ years in analytics, business analysis, project/portfolio management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Client Protection’s portfolio management operating rhythm, including governance forums and reporting routines.
• Coordinate follow-up actions across stakeholders, ensuring items are completed and commitments are delivered on time.
• Prepare drafts of presentations, portfolio updates, and leadership status reports for review and refinement.
• Develop and maintain portfolio trackers, dashboards, and reporting artifacts showing initiative status and governance.
• Gather information from business, technology, analytics, and governance partners to support reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate AI and modeling forums—materials, logistics, outcomes, and action tracking.
• Capture meeting notes, summaries, action items, and minutes for leadership distribution.
• Assist routine stakeholder engagement and day-to-day portfolio activities to enable leadership focus on strategy.
• Apply project/portfolio management practices across multiple initiatives for planning, execution, and delivery oversight.
• Identify risks and process gaps, escalate issues, and support timely resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio management processes and reporting frameworks.
