• CTV experience is a major plus.
• Strong track record of owning optimization strategy.
• Proven capability in utilizing AI to accelerate performance diagnostics.
• Skilled in digging into data and turning findings into actionable strategies.
• Clear communicator who can make technical concepts easy to understand.

Aufgaben

• Lead the performance strategy of key accounts.
• Drive product adoption, optimization, and performance-based revenue growth in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
• Build and iterate performance playbooks and best practices based on KPI trends, tests, and market feedback - codifying what works into repeatable guidance, tools, and templates.
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex performance questions and escalations: diagnose issues, propose solutions, and partner cross-functionally to unlock incremental performance, while mentoring others on performance strategy skills.
• Support reporting needs, weekly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Maintain and communicate a performance dashboard to track results across accounts.
• Leverage AI strategically to expedite performance analysis and experimentation frameworks.
• Take end-to-end ownership for the quality and impact of performance work that uses AI, ensuring insights are accurate, explainable to customers and partners, and aligned with Pinterest's values and AI expectations, even when AI assisted along the way.
