Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a strategic role in digital media.
• Strong track record of owning optimization strategy and navigating complex performance challenges.
• Proven ability to use AI to accelerate performance diagnostics and ideation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance strategy of key accounts.
• Drive product adoption, optimization, and revenue growth with Sales and Customer Success.
• Build and iterate performance playbooks based on KPI trends and tests.
• Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and partner cross-functionally to unlock incremental performance.
• Support reporting needs, weekly performance reviews, and QBRs.
• Maintain and communicate a performance dashboard across accounts.
