Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare and Reddit, building a scalable evergreen mix. You’ll run experiments, evaluate opportunities, and design tests with a cross-functional team to maximize efficiency.

You’ll use AI to speed up research, campaign creation, and day-to-day operations while maintaining a high bar for measurement and impact. This is a high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance/quantitative marketing or growth role.
• Strong analytical judgment and metric-driven decision making.
• Experience designing experiments and funding decisions.
• Built AI workflows or automation to improve marketing execution.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous campaign setup, tracking and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare and Reddit; optimize conversion events and lookalike audiences.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new performance channels and opportunities.
• Turn experiments into evergreen programs and document repeatable operating playbooks.
• Manage channel transitions and continually source new channels.
• Analyze full-funnel performance and decide what to scale, pause or stop.
• Collaborate with data/engineering on tracking, attribution and reporting; partner with Creative on messaging and ad concepts.
• Build AI agents and workflows to speed up testing and channel operations.
