Ramp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to discover new incremental channels. You’ll turn early experiments into measurable programs and build an evergreen operating model for Ramp’s performance stack.

This high-autonomy role requires partnering with Growth, Creative, Data, Finance, and other teams to move fast while maintaining rigorous measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance/quantitative marketing or growth role.
• Strong analytical judgment with clear success metrics.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results.
• Built AI workflows or agents to accelerate marketing work.
• Ability to move projects from ambiguity to concrete outcomes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit; optimize conversions and lookalike audiences.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new channels and acquisition opportunities.
• Turn experiments into evergreen programs and document a repeatable playbook.
• Decide when a program stays or transitions to a dedicated owner.
• Analyze full-funnel performance and decide on scaling, pausing, or stopping.
• Collaborate with data/engineering to improve tracking and attribution; work with Creative on messaging and formats.
• Build AI agents, workflows, and tools to accelerate testing and operations.
