Job summary

Viktor is building an AI-native performance engine and is seeking a Senior Google Ads/ Paid Search Lead. You will own the Google Ads program end-to-end, from structure and keywords to PMax and YouTube, while partnering with the Head of Performance Marketing to align budgets and priorities.

You will work with a high-skill Google Specialist and implement rigorous measurement, experimentation, and attribution. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on pipeline and CAC as primary metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of paid search experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS or AI.
• Direct media buyer at scale with $1M+/month spend ownership.
• GA4/pixel implementation, enhanced and offline conversions.
• Holistic view of user journey from ad to signup to paying.
• Documented experimentation cadence and wins from prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads end-to-end: structure, keywords, match types, negatives, PMax assets, and YouTube placements.
• Run landing page tests and optimize post-click conversions; consider Quality Score impacts.
• Set weekly experiments with clear hypotheses and publish results.
• Own measurement and attribution, including enhanced/offline conversions.
• Build keyword, audience, and asset library; supervise Google Specialist.
• Collaborate with Head of Performance Marketing on budget/prioritization.
• Report spend and CAC weekly with data-driven insights.
