Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to discover new incremental channels. You’ll translate early experiments into measurable programs and design an operating model that makes top-performing channels part of Ramp’s evergreen mix.

This high-autonomy role involves evaluating opportunities, launching campaigns, and analyzing full-funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance/quant marketing, growth, or similar role.
• Strong analytical judgment with clear success metrics.
• Experience designing experiments and funding decisions.
• Built AI workflows or agents to speed marketing execution.
• Detail‑oriented in campaign setup, tracking and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own performance on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare and Reddit.
• Identify and prioritize new channels and opportunities.
• Turn experiments into an evergreen program with measurable impact.
• Decide when programs mature or transition to new owners.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Creative for tracking and reporting.
• Build AI agents and workflows to accelerate testing and operations.
