Intuit Inc.’s PART Talent Solutions is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead two connected areas: Skills and Learning. You’ll own strategy across HR-related domains, enabling AI-powered capabilities in the talent lifecycle from workforce planning through development.

You’ll collaborate across teams to ship durable product capabilities, turning ambiguous business needs into measurable outcomes and driving adoption of AI-enabled learning and skills platforms at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with cross-functional scope.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into durable capabilities and roadmaps.
• Experience owning end-to-end product experiences across org boundaries.
• Technical fluency and collaboration with engineering on data and platform needs.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed decision making.
• Exceptional communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in HR, Talent, Learning, Skills, or Workforce Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Skills to support workforce planning, hiring, and learning.
• Define and drive product strategy for internal learning capability.
• Lead partnerships to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle and connect signals to outcomes.
• Own end-to-end experiences across Skills and Learning domains; improve processes and tooling.
• Use AI as an accelerant in product execution and delivery.
• Develop long-term capability strategies including AI agent opportunities.
• Leverage user research to design end-to-end experiences and triangulate data.
• Drive domain decisions with Workforce Planning, HR partners, Design, and Engineering.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and influence stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
