Job summary

Intuit is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to lead PM&D enablement across performance and compensation cycles. You will translate processes into engaging, evidence-based learning experiences for managers and employees, delivered live, virtual, and async.

You will apply adult learning theory, build a rich content library, and partner with AI-enabled learning innovations. You will drive change management, measure program impact with data, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and HR to scale

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Learning & Development or HR program management delivering scalable programs.
• Experience in instructional design — adult learning theory, cognitive load management, blended learning.
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation with assets like e-learning modules, manager guides, toolkits, facilitation guides.
• Proven ability to translate talent philosophy and performance strategy into learning experiences.
• Strong data literacy and ability to tell executive-ready narratives from complex data.
• High proficiency with AI tools in learning design and implementation.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills with HRBPs, managers, and individual contributors.
• Strong facilitation capabilities anchored in learning design principles.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and manage matrixed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance management processes into scalable learning experiences.
• Design and deliver dynamic learning experiences for managers and employees across the performance cycle.
• Apply adult learning principles, cognitive load theory, and behavioral science to ensure practical learning.
• Develop a comprehensive PM&D content library that is accessible and inclusive.
• Integrate PM&D learning into Intuit’s broader L&D ecosystem and onboarding.
• Define learning success metrics and measure impact to show business outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Tech to embed AI-powered coaching and learning moments.
• Manage PM&D content lifecycle and ensure content stays current and on-brand.
• Lead change management and communications for PM&D updates and launches.
• Monitor adoption and adjust strategies based on feedback, ensuring high engagement.
