Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff, Learning Development & Production Manager to lead the US-based contingent instructional design team in the Solutions Studio.

You will oversee intake-to-build handoffs, ensuring quality, accessibility, and brand alignment while deploying GenAI tools for scalable learning content. The role combines instructional design excellence with strong operational discipline, mentoring vendor partners and driving a zero-defect culture across domestic and India-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Leadership: 5+ years in learning design with 2+ years in people management/leadership of contingent workers.
• Education: Degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Admin, or related experience.
• Content Development: 3–5 years in expert-level eLearning using Articulate 360; strong graphics and interactive skills.
• GenAI Expertise: Experience using GenAI tools for instructional design and content generation.
• Video & Multimedia: Proficient in video/audio editing for high-fidelity assets.
• QA & Technical: Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, cross-device testing.
• Communication & Data: Clear written/verbal skills; competent data tracking and metrics.
• Ops & Scaling: Track record of managing high-volume production studios and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a US-based contingent workforce and vendors with coaching and performance management.
• Mentor team on Articulate 360 techniques and GenAI workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end content production for US and India, hitting quotas and deadlines.
• Establish QA gates and accessibility standards; drive AI-native design systems.
• Govern AI usage in asset creation, ensuring ethical and pedagogical integrity.
• Monitor content performance data and AI efficiency gains; manage updates and retirements.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Delivery Ops to align capacity and delivery plans.
