Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with 5+ years in learning design and 2+ years in people management or operations.
• Experience building expert-level eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and strong graphic design/scenario development.
• GenAI expertise with video production tools and LLM-based instructional design workflows.
• Proficiency in video editing and audio editing for high-quality assets.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, LMS deployment, and cross-device testing for learners.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholder update skills.
• Ability to track data and present accurate metrics without errors.
• Experience scaling high-volume production studios for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach a team of US-based contingent workers and vendors to drive excellence.
• Mentor team in Articulate 360 techniques and GenAI production workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end content production for US and India, meeting quotas and deadlines.
• Establish QA gates, technical standards, and accessibility compliance.
• Govern AI use in asset creation and ensure ethical standards and pedagogical integrity.
• Monitor content performance and drive iterative updates.
• Coordinate with portfolio leadership to manage capacity and risk.
