This role shapes behaviors and capabilities through instruction design, AI-enabled learning, and proactive change management. You will partner with product, tech, HRBPs, Communications, and senior HR leaders to deliver scalable enablement, measure impact, and drive adoption through

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Program Management with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience in instructional design — adult learning theory, cognitive load, blended learning, behavior change.
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation and change management with assets you designed and delivered.
• Translate talent philosophy and performance strategy into learning experiences.
• Strong data literacy for program effectiveness and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance management and development processes into learning experiences that change behavior.
• Design dynamic learning experiences for managers and employees across the performance cycle.
• Apply adult learning principles and behavioral science for flow-of-work applicability.
• Build and maintain a PM&D content library aligned with policy and process updates.
• Partner to embed PM&D learning into onboarding, manager development, and leadership curricula.
• Define learning success metrics and measure program impact.
