Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to guide strategic partnerships with technical and executive stakeholders. You will drive co-solutioning, education, and enablement, building comprehensive technical business plans with partners and outlining monetization opportunities that leverage Stripe capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing engineering role with enterprise software.
• Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with GTM partners.
• Executive engagement with senior decision makers and stakeholders.
• Facilitation of customer meetings to establish strategic footing.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM/Billing/Tax in enterprise ecosystems.
• Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and AI tools like Cursor, Vercel, Replit.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to learn rapidly and define tech strategy in a fast-evolving domain.
• Hands-on prototyping, demos, and customer-facing execution.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with executives and technical decision makers.
• Architect business models to drive monetization and growth with partners.
• Develop and execute enablement plans for partner ecosystems.
• Lead technical discussions and deep-dive solution sessions with partners.
• Engage CTOs, engineers, and technical leads to align roadmaps and solutions.
• Coordinate internal communications through QBRs and exec updates.
• Provide guidance during the partners' sales process to win joint opportunities.
• Educate Stripe sales on partner capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate on technical content, demos, and use-case implementations.
