Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to drive growth with strategic partners in the AUNZ region. You will build trusted relationships with executives and technical leaders, craft co-solution plans, and guide enablement and technical discussions to expand Stripe’s revenue streams.

You will demonstrate advanced AI fluency and deep API/SDLC knowledge, working across payments, billing, and connect-like products. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing engineering role at a global software enterprise.
• Experience with customers and partners such as GSI and SI in the AUNZ region.
• Executive engagement skills with the ability to establish relationships with key decision makers.
• Advanced AI fluency including Agentic commerce and Agents.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and API architecture.
• Strong communication, presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to learn Stripe solutions such as Payments, Billing, Connect.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and technical decision makers to drive growth and monetization opportunities.
• Architect business models and co-solution with partners to expand Stripe’s revenue.
• Lead partner enablement plans and drive technical discussions and deep-dives.
• Collaborate with CTOs and engineering leads to align roadmaps and product capabilities.
• Educate Stripe sales teams on partner solutions and capabilities.
• Provide guidance to partners during the sales process to ensure joint success.
