7+ years of experience managing Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances, ideally with data & analytics ecosystem experience.
Ability to drive partner-led sales with AI-augmented insights.
Proven success in scaling organizations and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Experience influencing executives and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Create Joint Field Engagement Strategy with hyperscalers, ISVs, and GSIs using AI-driven insights.
Onboard and manage key strategic system integrators and technology partners.
Develop governance models with AI tools to track performance and inform investments.
Design joint go-to-market programs and solutions leveraging AI to accelerate adoption.
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and Partner Programs to optimize internal processes.
Act as the connector between ThoughtSpot field teams and partner teams to prioritize opportunities.
Drive revenue to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets using AI insights.
