Job summary

Anthropic Limited is hiring an AI Operations Engineer to design, build, and run agentic workflows on top of partner systems. You will ship weekly automations, own them in production, and reduce manual work by automating partner triage, onboarding, and communications.

The role focuses on building with LLMs, containerized tooling, and safe automation practices, collaborating with the partner portal and CRM teams to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations engineering or similar build-heavy roles.
• Experience shipping internal AI tools in production today.
• Familiarity with the Claude API or agent frameworks; building custom MCP servers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows (Claude, MCP connectors, API integrations) to automate partner experience operations.
• Integrate workflows with partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance and databases — write back to systems of record.
