Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Partner Delivery Advisor to support Global Consulting Partners in delivering high-impact AI-powered implementations. You will guide delivery excellence, assess risks, and partner with customers and internal teams to maximize value from Agentforce and Salesforce products.
You will lead strategic solutioning, ensure responsible AI practices, and help partners navigate internal resources, programs, and frameworks to achieve measurable outcomes for complex enterprise
Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting, advisory, program management, or account management (enterprise SaaS).
- Experience advising on AI or LLM-based deployments, including Agentforce or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to translate complex tech to executive business terms.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery advisory and risk mitigation across pre-sale, pre-implementation, and delivery phases.
- Assess designs, staffing plans, and delivery health; recommend corrective actions.
- Identify staffing gaps and connect partners with appropriate resources.
- Lead agentive AI strategy and roadmapping within partner-led engagements.
- Advise on governance for responsible AI, bias, and safety in deployments.
- Advocate for partners and navigate Salesforce resources and programs.
- Support continuous improvement of partner delivery programs and ecosystem enablement.
- Coordinate with Salesforce and partner teams to drive successful outcomes.
