Job summary

Hearth, based in New York, is building an autonomous AI employee for contractors and seeks a Growth Engineer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. You will manage Facebook and Google Ads, scale programmatic campaigns, and drive lead generation feeding the sales pipeline.

You'll forecast budgets, monitor CAC/ROAS in real time, and optimize landing pages and tracking. This role is NYC-based with equity and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• Paid acquisition expert with 5–10 years of scaled Facebook/Google Ads experience.
• Hands-on operator who builds campaigns daily without relying on agencies.
• Data-driven, comfortable with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
• Proven track record scaling lead generation from large budgets to high CAC control.
• Experience with programmatic platforms beyond Meta/Google is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Facebook Ads and Google Ads end-to-end: strategy, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
• Scale programmatic campaigns across The Trade Desk, DV360, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
• Drive contractor lead generation and feed campaigns into the sales pipeline.
• Forecast spend, track CAC/ROAS in real-time, and reallocate budget as needed.
• Build landing pages and funnels, run rigorous A/B tests on creative and copy.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution, build daily performance dashboards.
