Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Lead Director to shape and execute the product management strategy for Caremark's Prior Authorization platforms. You will partner with executives to translate strategy into roadmaps, drive platform modernization, and establish a UAT Center of Excellence to ensure quality and adoption.
You will lead a high-performing team of Product Owners, Product Managers, and Testing Leaders while optimizing outcomes for members, providers, clients, and colleagues through
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/ platform management or related roles.
- 5+ years leading large-scale platform modernization or change initiatives.
- Experience building governance, portfolio management, intake processes, and value realization.
- Strong ability to define vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve strategic vision, product roadmap, and capability strategy for Caremark PA platforms.
- Translate business objectives into quarterly roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Lead platform modernization focusing on modular architecture and AI-enabled automation.
- Establish UAT Center of Excellence for end-to-end testing and release readiness.
- Drive large-scale transformation programs from concept to value realization and adoption.
- Manage executive OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics across stakeholders.
