Job summary

CVS Health’s Caremark is seeking a Lead Director to define and execute the product management strategy for Prior Authorization platforms, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate enterprise goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will drive modernization for AI-enabled automation, interoperability, and EHR connectivity, build a high-performing team, and ensure governance, performance, and adoption across the PA ecosystem to improve member and provider experiences.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, or related disciplines.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
5+ years of experience in product management, roadmap development, and strategic planning.
3+ years of experience developing and leading AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the strategic vision, roadmap, and capability strategy for Caremark’s PA platforms.
Translate long-term objectives into actionable quarterly roadmaps with defined outcomes.
Establish portfolio management and intake prioritization aligned with strategic priorities.
Lead platform modernization focusing on modular architecture, AI-automation, and interoperability.
Establish UAT Center of Excellence and ensure release readiness and quality governance.
Coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners, Product Managers, and Testing Leaders.
