CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to define and execute the product management strategy for Caremark's Prior Authorization platforms. You will partner with executive stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and modern platform capabilities that enhance regulatory compliance, user experience, and interoperability.

The role leads Product Management, Platform Transformation Delivery, and UAT Excellence, building a high-performing team of Product Owners,

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in product/platform management or similar.
5+ years leading large-scale platform modernization or enterprise change.
5+ years in product management, roadmap development, and strategic planning.
5+ years building and managing teams of professionals.
Ability to translate complex challenges into clear strategy and actionable roadmaps.
Experience establishing governance, portfolio management, and value realization.
3+ years developing AI strategies and implementing AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define vision, roadmap, and capability strategy for Caremark PA platforms.
Translate objectives into quarterly roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Govern intake, prioritization, and portfolio management aligning with strategy.
Lead platform modernization focusing on modular architecture and interoperability.
Advance integrated PA capabilities for self-service and operations.
Lead UAT Center of Excellence for end-to-end testing and release readiness.
Drive large-scale transformation programs from concept to adoption.
Define and manage executive OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Collaborate across business, ops, tech, compliance, and clients.
Coach and develop a high-performing team of product owners and testing leaders.
