Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional teams in reinventing Underwriting and Claims for P&C carriers. You will shape operating models, drive data-driven decisions, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve client outcomes and grow relationships.

You will also lead proposals, craft delivery strategies, and guide governance across Claims, Underwriting, and enterprise functions while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 5+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and/or leading complex business/technology deliveries.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to reimagine underwriting and claims processes and optimize outcomes.
• Define future-state operating models blending human expertise, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end engagements from assessment to scale and drive benefits realization.
• Travel up to 80%.
