Accenture plc seeks a Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional teams in reimagining underwriting and claims through process redesign, operating model transformation, and AI-enabled workflows. You will shape solutions, grow client relationships, and drive business development in a dynamic insurance consulting practice.

You will guide end-to-end delivery from assessment to scale, coach analysts, and collaborate with enterprise functions to realize measurable value.

Formación

• 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting
• 5+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and/or leading complex business/technology deliveries
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsabilidades

• Assess current-state underwriting, claims, and operational processes to identify opportunities to reimagine and optimize outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end business process reinvention across Claims and Underwriting, redesigning workflows, governance, and performance management.
• Define future-state operating models that blend human expertise with automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business outcomes.
• Manage engagements from assessment to scale; set OKRs, roadmaps, and benefits realization.
• Travel up to 80%.
