Job summary

Accenture in Chicago is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional teams in redefining underwriting and claims processes for P&C insurance clients. You will design future operating models and drive AI-enabled workflows to deliver end-to-end programs from assessment through scale.

Travel up to 80% and collaborate with client executives while shaping proposals and growth opportunities within the Insurance Consulting practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 5+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and/or leading complex business/technology deliveries.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis to solve complex business challenges.
• Lead end-to-end process reinvention across Claims and Underwriting with redesigned workflows and governance.
• Define future-state operating models blending human expertise, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic outcomes.
• Travel up to 80%.
