Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy for large-scale insurance transformations. You will guide target-state designs, modernize platforms, and advise executives on technology investments across onshore/offshore delivery models.

You’ll drive the use of AI-enabled solutions, mentor architects, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable business value while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, LifePro).
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS/Google Cloud.
• Experience leading architecture governance and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state designs, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance transformations.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end architecture across core platforms, cloud, integrations, data, analytics, and applications.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks.
• Oversee data architecture, migration, reporting, and MDM initiatives.
• Promote AI to accelerate delivery and engineering productivity.
• Govern architecture boards and ensure compliance with standards and risk management.
