Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional teams in reimagining underwriting and claims processes for P&C insurance. You will shape solutions, grow client relationships, and drive business development, blending human expertise with AI-enabled technologies to improve client outcomes.

You will oversee end-to-end design, roadmaps, and governance, partnering with engineering and data teams to deliver measurable value across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 5+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and /or leading complex business / technology deliveries.
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state underwriting, claims, and operational processes to identify opportunities to reimagine and optimize outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end process reinvention across Claims and Underwriting, redesign workflows, roles, governance, decision rights, and performance management.
• Define future-state operating models blending human expertise, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic outcomes.
• Design AI/agentic AI end-to-end processes with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Manage engagements from assessment to scale; set OKRs and benefits realization.
• Build client relationships and shape proposals and delivery strategy.
