Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation Consultant to help clients reimagine underwriting, claims, and operating models through data-driven decisioning and AI-enabled workflows. You will contribute as an individual or lead small cross-functional teams within a POD, combining insurance expertise with analytics and agentic AI to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing current processes, redesigning workflows and governance, and defining future-state models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 3+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and /or leading complex business / technology deliveries.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Operating Model: Assess current-state underwriting, claims, and operational processes to identify opportunities to reimagine and optimize outcomes.
• Support end-to-end business process reinvention across Claims and Underwriting, redesigning workflows, roles, governance, decision rights, and performance management.
• Define future-state operating models that blend human expertise, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business outcomes.
